PROFESSIONAL GROWTH & SUPPORT

• Ongoing Training and In-services- Opportunity for professional growth and advancement through in-house and specialized training.
   

• Tuition Reimbursement- Apply for reimbursement of up to six hours per semester of tuition for two semesters per year after 12 months of employment.

• Several option levels available- DRTC pays 50%, 60% or 70% of the coverage based upon the plan chosen and length of employment. Employee portion is paid through a pretax Cafeteria Plan.

PAID TIME OFF

• Vacation Leave- Five (5) days the first full program year, ten (10) the second full program year, fifteen (15) days in the tenth full program year.
   

• Sick/Personal Leave- Six (6) days the first full program year with one (1) day added for each year there after, for a maximum of ten (10).
   

• Courtesy Leave - Birthday Hour, Flexible Voting Time, Bereavement.
   

• Eight (8) Paid Holidays- With two (2) at both Christmas & Thanksgiving!!!

BONUSES & PERKS

• Longevity Bonus- An amount paid at the end of the program year based on years of service. It may be taken as cash or deposited into your personal 403(b) retirement plan.
