Employment Programs

Employment Services

The Employment Services Program is an innovative, award winning service that supports individuals in obtaining community employment. Each individual has a Job Coach assigned to match the individuals' capabilities and skills with the jobs available. The Job Coach conducts on-the-job training at the work site at no extra cost to the employer. The Employment Services department organizes monthly Job Club meetings so individuals receiving supported employment services and those who participate in the Transition Program can interact with their peers.
