Jerry Weddington Serving as Assistant Director/Business Manager Jerry Weddington has been innovative in helping Dale Rogers Training Center open new doors and provide more opportunities for individuals with disabilities in his 18 years of service to the agency. Federal contracting was not in existence when Mr. Weddington joined the Dale Rogers’ administrative team in 1988. Under his supervision, Dale Rogers began its first federal contract on Tinker Air Force Base in 1993. Currently, the agency oversees one food service and two custodial contracts at Tinker Air Force Base and food service and recreational aid contracts at Altus Air Force Base. Mr. Weddington was also instrumental in Dale Rogers being awarded a new federal contract in March of 2003 to clean and stock two federal buildings located in downtown Oklahoma City. Sales for Dale Rogers’ internal business, Prism Place, have increased significantly annually under Mr. Weddington’s direction. Dale Rogers Executive Director and Board of Directors have honored Mr. Weddington with three commendations for his successes in budget, marketing, and administration. The Oklahoma Sales and Marketing Association also recognized Mr. Weddington with the Distinguished Sales and Marketing Award. He has been active in the Oklahoma City Downtown Lions Club since 1993.
