Lillian Hobbs is a successful business executive with 18 years of broad-based accounting experience. She has a record of excellence in the accounting field and possesses exceptional analytical problem-solving skills.             

Ms. Hobbs began her tenure at Dale Rogers Training Center in 2001 as Fiscal Manager.  She is responsible for all accounting functions and fiscal affairs of the agency while ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principals), agency policies and all required state and federal funding guidelines.  In July of 2003, Ms. Hobbs successfully implemented the upgrade to an integrated accounting system gaining improved reporting and time efficiencies.  The new system also accommodates room for agency growth.          

Previous to her employment at Dale Rogers, Ms. Hobbs worked for a division of Phillips Petroleum Company as a Producer Settlements Manager at the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma offices and later as a Revenue Manager for Duke Energy Field Services, Inc. serving offices in Denver, Colorado and Midland, Texas.  She also has eight years of experience as an Operations Analysis and Control Accountant with Phillips Petroleum Company in Borger, Texas.

Ms. Hobbs earned a bachelors degree in Accounting from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas and received her Certified Public Accountant license in 1992.
