Mobile Workforce

The Mobile Workforce is another option for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Mobile Workforce participants receive paid vocational training within the community. The program is designed for them to gain experience and knowledge in all aspects of community employment. Training focuses on work place guidelines, safety, and co-worker interactions, both with people who have disabilities and those who do not. There is a trained Dale Rogers supervisor with participants at all times.

Another aspect of the Mobile Workforce includes giving back to the community by choosing to volunteer at locations like the Food Bank or Habitat for Humanity.

The participants may also choose to spend limited time in the Vocational Services Program.
