Mobile Workforce volunteers

Working is just a part of what Dale Rogers Training Center’s Mobile Workforce does on a weekly basis.

Participants also give back to the community, volunteering at various agencies like the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Salvation Army and others.

Recently a group of volunteers, under the guidance of Mobile Workforce Coordinator Debbie Ladd, teamed up with the Food Bank to help bag oranges and corn for families across Oklahoma.

Last year, our Mobile Workforce logged close to 1,400 volunteer hours!

DRTC’s Mobile Workforce sends a crew of up to 8 people, along with a trained staff member, to specific worksite locations where they take part in paid vocational training learning workplace guidelines, safety and co-worker interactions.
