Supported Employment
Dale Rogers' Supported Employment Services Program is an innovative, award winning service that supports people with disabilities to obtain and maintain community employment.
Participants are assigned a Job Coach and together they match job interests, capabilities and work skills with jobs available. The Job Coach then assists people to find jobs in the greater Oklahoma City area as well as in Lawton/Altus.
Once a job has been offered, the Job Coach works alongside the participant to learn the job, at no cost to the employer.
As the participant becomes skilled at their job, the Job Coach fades from the site, leaving a well-trained, reliable employee.
