Theresa Flannery
Vocational Programs Administrator
Theresa Flannery has more than 14 years of
experience in both the public and non-profit arenas, working with people
with developmental disabilities and economically disadvantaged. She has
experience in project management, staff training, administration and quality
assurance.
Ms. Flannery currently serves as Dale
Rogers Training Center’s Vocational Programs Administrator. She is
responsible for the administrative oversight of all vocational training and
support programs, as well as writing and revising policies, procedures and
manuals as they relate to these programs. She also oversees the state and
federal funding for the vocational training and support programs and has
been recognized for maximizing state and federal funding while increasing
the bottom line for each program.
Dale Rogers’ Board of Directors awarded Ms.
Flannery a Board Commendation for Excellence in 2001 for her development of
a consumer brochure, training development and high annual audit scores.
Ms. Flannery has served as a board member for the Central
Oklahoma Workforce Investment Board where she participated in enhancing
labor force productivity in Central Oklahoma, Canadian and Logan counties.
She served on the Mid-Del Advisory Committee for Occupational Services in
2001 and 2003. Ms. Flannery is also a member of the Mustang Parks and
Leisure Board.
