Mission at work
Framing for a Cause means providing jobs for people with disabilities, who earn their own way and give back to the community.
Our Story
Wyman Frame has been in business since 1996, but Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) became the new owners in 2010 and have been in business as a nonprofit since 1953. Due to the shrinking economy and diminishing state and federal dollars, DRTC will maintain its goal of being as self-sufficient as possible by producing services and providing products to the public. Approximately 1,000 people with disabilities served in all DRTC programs earned over $5 million in wages last year. There is no limit to what people with disabilities can accomplish as we continue to blaze trails and promote abilities with these unique job opportunities.
