An entrepreneurial nonprofit agency

DRTC’s Board of Directors decided in the 1980s to take steps to earn its own way as an agency and show that people with disabilities can do quality work. Over the years, DRTC has grown at a steady pace, acquiring federal contracts, winning awards, and implementing mobile workforce groups.
