  • Floor Tech^

    Support custodial operations in an industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional facilities and enjoys working independently. Full-time

  • Custodial Supervisor^

    Oversee custodial operations and supervise Lead Persons and Custodians in assigned zones. This role ensures cleanliness standards, contract compliance, and effective staff leadership within government and commercial facilities. Full-time

  • Custodial Lead^

    Supports custodial operations across multiple federal contract sites. This role is essential in ensuring that all assigned buildings meet contract cleaning standards while providing leadership, guidance, and support to custodial staff. Full-time

  • Contract Manager ^

    Responsible for daily operations of the contract. Responsibilities include ensuring contract performance standards are met. Position will be the liaison and first point of contact with the government contracting officer representative. Full-time

  • Junior Cook ^

    Responsible for assistance in meal preparation, setting up serving line and the over-all clean-up of the kitchen. Full-time & Part-time

  • Floor Tech ^

    Ensures the overall cleaning and appearance of assigned areas in keeping with contract specifications. Full-time

  • Custodian - AbilityOne ^

    This program provides specifically set-aside positions to employ people with a disability. ​​Responsible for the overall cleaning and appearance of assigned areas on a daily basis, following the specifications of the current contract. Full-time & Part-time

  • Receptionist

    DRTC is seeking a dependable Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for the agency. Full-time

  • Operations Coordinator

    This safety-sensitive role is critical to ensuring effective operations across facilities, transportation, safety, purchasing, and training. Full-time

  • Employment Training Specialist

    The Employment Training Specialist plays a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through vocational training, community-based instruction, and positive behavioral supports. Full-time

  • Accounting Manager

    The Accounting Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting financial reporting and budgeting processes. Full-time

  • Case Manager

    Provides leadership and oversight within the Vocational Services Program, supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful vocational goals. Full-time

  • IT Director

    Responsible for IT operations and project governance for the Agency as a whole, while complying with approved agency policies. Full-time

  • Production Worker

    Distributes sub-contract work to ensure individuals always have paid work available. Full-time

  • Grounds and Building Attendant

    The primary responsibility of this position is the safety, presentation and maintenance of Agency grounds and building exteriors. Includes custodial and equipment maintenance responsibilities. Part-time

  • Program Assistant

    Supports individuals through services and training to reach optimum level of independence and vocational development through daily living skills and vocational training. Full-time

  • Employment Consultant

    Assists program participants to identify work interests and skills; identify potential work opportunity; obtain employment; train to the work setting and maintain said employment. Skills being trained will vary depending upon the needs of the individual. ​Full-time
